This is an original Protection Plan booklet from a 1966 Chevrolet. Selling dealer was Malcolm Konner Chev. Corp. in Paramus, NJ for a car delivered on 2/14/66. Does not include the Protecto-Plate. In good original condition, with some handwriting on the back page and a small part of the back corner missing.
